How can I book a service for my VIDA V2 Electric Scooter?
Maintaining your VIDA V2 Electric Scooter is simple and stress-free.
• Hero VIDA-Authorized Service Centers: Visit any authorised service centre in your city, and our experts will handle the rest.
• MY VIDA App: Book your service appointment easily through the app.
Regular servicing isn’t just a recommendation—it’s the key to keeping your scooter performing at its best and lasting longer.
How frequently does the VIDA V2 Electric Scooter need to be serviced?
To keep your VIDA running smoothly and ensure you stay safe on the road, we recommend getting it serviced regularly.
Good news—your VIDA comes with three free services (labour only):
• First Service – At 1,000 km or 1 month, whichever comes first.
• Second Service – At 7,500 km or 6 months, whichever comes first.
• Third Service – At 15,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first.
After that, we recommend a paid maintenance service every 15,000 km or 12 months to keep everything in top shape. Don’t forget to check your Owner’s Manual for details specific to your variant.
What all consumables will be covered under the service plan?
Our servicing team will thoroughly inspect your VIDA V2 Electric Scooter during periodic maintenance. For those of you with a Service Plan, the below consumables will be covered during the periodic maintenance.
• Brake oil/transmission oil/fork oil top up or replacement and/or grease application.
• Brake Pad & Shoe hygiene check; shall be replaced only once during the plan period if faulty.
